Similar experience as Vahid jaleh review;
I bought a NO WOVR car for $2000 + look perfect in photos and didn’t had any problem with the damages on the car. When got the car their was no keys and most importantly the engine was basted which was not in the photos and not even in the description and if it was in the photos I was not going to buy it at all for this price .
After multiple calls , 7 email + and after 4 weeks they made decision that it was salvage car and they don’t want to take it back. Similar experience happened to my friend as well and they don’t even allow people to do the inspection on the site.
Sold the car for $600 and literally got scammed by these people. I would highly suggest if you haven’t seen the car in person please please please don’t buy otherwise you will regret it.
Not coming back with the worst experience of my life it was my all saving I am not sure why government don’t take any action.
I was impressed with their process and vehicle valuation and sale of my vehicle, they were pleasant and professional to deal with and I'm thinking of buying my next vehicle from them, good work guys and girls ✌️
Less than 1 star given for the service of this company. Needed to arrange to collect my rego plates. Called their main office 3 times over 2weeks to same reply 'we have sent an email to the branch and they will call to arrange'. Never called me back. Physically went into the branch on the 7th day. Receptionist said I need to arrange appointment. Explained they have 3 emails to do this. I was then told to walk down to the yard to a hut to ask about my plates. (Unsure again why I was chasing this and they couldn't call the hut) 3 people in said hut doing nothing said the "guys" were busy and they could issue me a letter to take into Motor reg. A letter! Which they could have easily emailed me so I didn't have to chase them. Total waste of time, lucky I didn't leave anything in my car I wanted as the 7 days was up where they dispose of everything.
One of the worst auction places we have ever dealt with when all the hail cars went thru we brought over 300 cars and they have lost one 2 years later still no outcome out of picket approximately $7000
We also starting to recently buy thru them again and there managment is a joke and the way they treat you is like a second grade citizen no one wants to help or take accountability
I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt with this Pickles branch. Firstly, it's understandable that a salvage car is not able to be inspected, but to provide no information on it aside from a few photos is absolutely abysmal. I reached out to customer service to ask about the car, emailed roughly 6 times with no response.
I tried calling, and after waiting 45 minutes on the phone, spoke to a very rude and dismissive lady on the phone. If you do not enjoy doing the work, then please do the company and its customers a favor and leave, not worth ruining your life at a job you hate.
Dealing with the lady did not result in any helpful information. I asked whether the car was running, to which she simply said "dunno". Understandable, it's not your job to find out if a car is running or not. I then asked who can I ask for more information regarding the car, once again, replied with "dunno".
I am not sure how companies who run their point of communication in this matter with the customers are still in business.
In saying all that, I still won't give a 1 star. Because the company does have a solid platform, and lots of products to move, which is great. I hope they improve the way communication is conducted with customers!
Very short staffed - only 1 receptionist who is usually on the phone, so she can't answer other incoming phone calls or serve customers.
Customer service is terrible. Whether it's how long it takes for your payment to be approved so you can collect the car, or how long it's going to take for someone to bring your car out, no one knows how long it will take. You're on your own.
Even if you call before coming to collect the car to ask them to get it ready, they have no interest whatsoever in doing anything to make your life easier.
I purchased a salvage car from this auction and in the damage type it was only mentioned that the car is the impact damaged car. But when I received the car it had hails as well. I submitted a complaint but they said it has happened after I have received the car. I presented all the proves that they was no hail in the location where I have parked but still they didn't accept and didn't compensate for the car hail damage which was not declared at the time of sale. Very disappointed.
Currently having the worst Customer Service Experience of my life in Australia. Its been more than 2 weeks and i have talked to 4 different customer service people and still no sight of a car that i bought 2 Weeks ago. They tell you that they’ll get back to you but boy do they actually do that. How long does it take you to actually reply to an email? Unbelievable. Idk what to do at this point.
